The Common Thread

For over seven years I've worked in environments where people place their trust in professionals to help them look, feel and perform at their best.

From managing beauty salons and customer-facing teams, through to leading compliance, operations and commercial performance within private healthcare, one thing has remained constant: I care deeply about the experience people receive.

Whether that's a salon client, a dental patient or a member of staff. Throughout my career I've naturally progressed into leadership positions because I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, supporting teams to perform at their best and creating systems that help businesses run smoothly.

Today, as Practice Manager at Re-Ignite Dental in Hale, I oversee compliance, operations, patient experience, commercial performance and strategic growth across the practice.

For me, great healthcare isn't just about clinical outcomes. It's about creating an environment where patients feel confident, teams feel supported and businesses have the foundations to grow.
